  1. Billing and Activation
    • The account billing date begins on the date of activation by our Customer Success Team.
    • Each month of active service requires upfront billing.
  2. Service Activation
    • After signing up, the client will receive an activation call within 24 to 48 hours.
  3. Client Responsibilities
    • The client must provide all necessary information required for the campaign in a timely manner.
    • Any delays caused due to the client’s negligence will not be counted against the campaign performance metrics.
  4. Performance Reports
    • Clients can opt for bi-weekly or monthly reports, which will be sent via email on the agreed-upon schedule.
    • Clients can also access performance stats through their mobile app.
  5. Third-Party Delays
    • We are not responsible for any delays caused by Google or other external factors beyond our control.
  6. Cancellation Policy
    • There are no long-term contracts—clients may cancel at any time.
    • However, clients must provide a 15-day notice before canceling the service.
  7. Messaging Terms & Conditions
