- Billing and Activation
- The account billing date begins on the date of activation by our Customer Success Team.
- Each month of active service requires upfront billing.
- Service Activation
- After signing up, the client will receive an activation call within 24 to 48 hours.
- Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide all necessary information required for the campaign in a timely manner.
- Any delays caused due to the client’s negligence will not be counted against the campaign performance metrics.
- Performance Reports
- Clients can opt for bi-weekly or monthly reports, which will be sent via email on the agreed-upon schedule.
- Clients can also access performance stats through their mobile app.
- Third-Party Delays
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by Google or other external factors beyond our control.
- Cancellation Policy
- There are no long-term contracts—clients may cancel at any time.
- However, clients must provide a 15-day notice before canceling the service.
